Wholesale Operations Specialist

Ledbury is looking for a Wholesale Operations Specialist who will be responsible for wholesale/retail service relations, order management and internal reporting. We are looking for a positive, engaging, proactive individual who has the ability to multi-task and interact with retail stores and office personnel. The right candidate will be able to effectively communicate and execute that vision across multiple platforms.

 

You Will

  • Be the “Point Person” to interact and service retail accounts on a daily basis with accommodating special order requests, shipping and invoicing information
  • Input all data pertaining to retail account orders, sample orders, EDI and Drop Ship orders
  • Compile and maintain available-to-sell, on-order, monthly sales and shipping reports
  • Create and maintain ticketing/labeling for product/accounts
  • Be the “Go-To” person with any inside/outside wholesale needs, including communicating to appropriate stakeholders (e.g. sales reps, internal management, etc) in a timely fashion.
  • Process all Wholesale transactions including Sales Orders, Returns and Exchanges.
  • Manage Wholesale sample sets and coordinate all event/show prep
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to wholesale accounts via email and phone, ensuring that customers’ needs are met.
  • Prepare Wholesale reports for management on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Manage the collection, organization, and submission of seasonal orders
  • Schedule, monitor, and manage customer shipping windows
  • Responsible for providing Accounts Receivable information to financing partners
  • Research/resolve all Wholesale chargebacks and work to prevent future chargebacks
  • Attend wholesale events as needed (trade shows and trunk shows)

  • Experienced in a retail environment with a strong understanding of merchandising, industry nomenclature and common industry practices
  • You are a self-starter that likes a fast/loose environment that provides you the opportunity to tackle projects with autonomy.
  • Understand that work should be fun and have the desire, willingness and need to love what you do.
  • Extremely comfortable using various technology systems; fluency in Excel is a must.
  • You are a key voice of Ledbury in the Wholesale channel and an integral part of it’s success.
