Retail Customer Experience Specialist

You're as experienced on the floor as you are with retail ops. You recognize that when it's time to lean, it's time to clean - always keeping busy to ensure an unmatched customer experience. As an integral part of our store team, you will help pioneer the direction of our retail operation. You have a deep appreciation for visual aesthetic, customer experience, well-made goods, and startup culture. The Role:

· Greet and engage customers, ensuring all visitors feel welcome in our store

· Execute opening and closing procedures

· Represent the Ledbury aesthetic and vision

· Actively supervise the sales floor and act as host to our in-store guests

· Provide an unmatched customer service experience - ensuring no customer leaves dissatisfied

· Run Sales Reports and communicate insights to management

· Work one-on-one to develop genuine relationships with customers - including personal shopping, correspondence and styling

· Carry out custom appointments, fit and measure customers

· Maintain and contribute to merchandising and visual elements set by design/visual team

· Respond to specific customer inquiries (phone/email/person)

· Review customer sales orders and process returns and exchanges using inventory management software

· Partner with Retail and Marketing team to grow local business through customer acquisition techniques, events and outreach

Requirements:

· Retail experience of at least 2+ years in a fast paced environment

· Knowledge of visual merchandising practices

· Strong communication skills and ability to deliver and take constructive feedback

· An entrepreneurial spirit

· Collaborative approach to work

· Interest in Menswear

· Weekend and Holiday availability and flexible schedule required
